We have no restrictions on the type of participants: any adult can apply. We are aimed at aspiring entrepreneurs (a retired person can also be a beginner). The main audience that the competition is aimed at:

• Aspiring young entrepreneurs (senior university students - they can combine business with training).
• Those who already have a business and would like to open a second one - for example, for a family, as an additional one for themselves or for friends, but do not have investments for this.
• Existing franchisees - for example, even the existing franchisees of «Altairika» participate in the competition to expand their sphere of influence: to get a new territory and new sets of equipment without investments.

A lot of well-known entrepreneurs have not graduated from universities and do not have a special education. This is not a call to drop out of school, but all the necessary knowledge can be obtained point-by-point. We give knowledge from practitioners, from the founders of other franchises, from financiers who understand how to build a business and build the surrounding processes. There is nothing invincible in this, everything is simple and clear. Moreover, we break down all tasks into step-by-step actions. The main thing here is responsibility and the desire to do this, we will help with everything else.

This year we have divided the application into several parts: first, the primary designation that you are with us - for this you need to fill in three lines on the site. And then, by November 13, you need to fill out a questionnaire: about aspirations, goals, dreams, values, why you want to join us, about business experience (if any), and so on. Our contest is aimed to help people find a job that they really would like to do, if not for their whole life, then for some significant time, so filling out the questionnaire responsibly is important not only for us, but also for you: often filling out the questionnaire allows you to think about yourself and your life.

We have a strict selection of new franchisees (coming to us through a competition or commercial - it does not matter). We are looking for people who really care about the values of the franchise. Money can be earned in different ways, but when you are looking for a business of your dream, it should fit the ideals. Therefore, the questionnaire also allows us to understand what kind of franchise we can offer to a participant.

We will send a link to the contest in which you will need to complete tasks. They are quite simple, but if you have any questions, you can write them to the general Telegram chat, a link to which we will also send after registration.

The start of accepting applications is September 21, the end is November 13. The sooner you register, the better, because then you will have the opportunity to participate in all educational events and communicate live with speakers.

The start of accepting applications is from September 21, 2022, and it ends in 8 weeks. Why is it taking so long? All this time, the participants are not just waiting, every week is filled with events - it is a constant training: how to choose a franchise, how to understand if you are an entrepreneur, how to overcome fears... Many questions will be removed. Some participants will be confirmed in their decision to win, while others will decide to return to their factory, and this is OK - we will not waste each other's time. Therefore, the earlier you apply, the more benefits you can get. Live participation will allow you to ask questions to our expert speakers and get feedback.
After that, an educational track, each franchise will have its own. There is nothing complicated in this, the essence of the stage is that the participant will go through all the main business processes. We know that everything is fine with our product, but the new potential franchisee is not, and he needs to verify it himself. This is a demo of a business that does not need investments. Those who want to will be able to complete the educational track in several franchises. Such motivated contestants will have a wider choice.
After that, we will arrange an online pitching in the presentation format. In fact, at this stage, the participant declares: I did it, I'm ready to start. The jury members and experts are present, and there is an opportunity to understand who is really ready to go to the end.
Then there will be offline training (in early January 2023): 3 full days where business practitioners will share information about sales, negotiations, hiring, etc.
An enchanting conclusion is a chic finale, where participants on several stages will present to the jury members why they are worthy of launching their business without investments. And they will receive financing up to 100% of the cost of all costs, and in just a week they will be able to start working in their region.

FranchCamp is a competition for aspiring entrepreneurs who do not have the necessary knowledge and/or capital to start a business. We train participants in everything necessary to start, and 50 winners will receive up to 100% of the investment.

At any moment you can understand that entrepreneurship is not yours. It's okay, you don't have any obligations to us.

We try to make the contest as accessible as possible for all categories of the population. We understand that not everyone has the opportunity to fly to Moscow. Therefore, there will also be an opportunity to participate online in the final. But practice shows this.
In January, seven out of 8 winners were present in the offline final. Maybe there is a pattern in this. After all, at a live presentation, you can influence listeners not only with your voice and slides, but also with your charisma. During breaks, you can come up and chat on the sidelines - this is an invaluable opportunity, in this case there are much more tools for winning.
But there are no restrictions: if there is no other option, then you can participate online.

Yes, the competition is aimed specifically at those who do not have start-up capital. 50 winners will receive up to 100% of the investment. This means that the investor will help you buy everything you need, including cables, sockets, computer mice, etc. - depending on what resources you need for a specific franchise.

In this case, there are two options:

1. During the training process, you can understand that you do not need cooperation with an investor, and you want to be the only owner. Then you can take all the necessary knowledge, buy out the franchise you like and start working.
2. If you win, you can become a co-investor and contribute, for example, 5% of the required amount to start a business. At the same time, the main risks are held by the investor. But it is important to understand: by sharing risks, we also share profits. It will be necessary to transfer to the investor a certain part of the proceeds - about 30-35%. In the future, you can buy out the investor's share and become the owner.

Participation in the contest is completely free. If you decide to come to the finale and the general meeting of franchisees, then it will be necessary to get to the place and provide yourself with housing. The training program, banquets, and entertainment events are at our expense.

The flight to Moscow for the final training and accommodation for the participants is assumed at their own expense. For our part, we will provide some discounts. The entire training program, banquets, and entertainment events will be organized by our team. Come and check in, we will provide everything else.

During each week, you will need to set aside a few hours to read training materials, attend or watch webinars on the record and chat in a general chat. At the initial stage, this will be about 5 hours a week.

Yes, you can continue to lead your usual life if you complete the tasks on time. The pace is designed so that participants will be able to complete even several educational tracks. Some winners of previous streams quit hiring only after winning.

It’s optional: not everyone has the opportunity to fly to Moscow, so you can participate in the finale online. But for inclusion in the community, networking and involvement in the atmosphere of interesting and promoting work, we recommend organizing this trip for yourself.

The expert jury will evaluate, which will include:
- Current franchisees;
- Experienced entrepreneurs;
- Representatives of business communities;
- Private investors who can finance the winners' business.

The jury consists of experts, successful entrepreneurs, and investors. For example:
- Alexander Kravtsov, President of the “РУЯН” Company and creator of the “Expedition” brand;
- Aidar Bulatov, founder of the franchise “Children's Entrepreneurship”;
- Semyon Chernonozhkin, Chairman of the Etalon Business Club;

The finale will be held in a live format in Moscow at the Digital Business Space at 47 Pokrovka Street. The space will be divided into several stages. The participants will make their presentations to the jury members. The jury consists of experts, successful entrepreneurs, and investors. Among them, after the speeches, a vote will be arranged, according to the results of which we will announce the winners, each of whom will receive funding up to 100%.

There are about 5,000 participants in the competition, but not all of them will reach the finale.

We are planning 50 winners. As in previous contests, this time we don't have a hard limit. If 60 people come to us - and all of them are fully ready to start a business, it means that right in the process of the finale we will renegotiate with investors and make more winners.

Each franchise has a franchisee development department, which brings together people who are called to help not just to start a business, but also to conduct it in the future. Many have psychologists and trackers on staff who help to find weak points and strengthen them pointwise. Separately from each franchise, we choose an experienced curator who will be assigned to the participant. And the curator will be motivated by money to help the contestants as much as possible. You will receive investments to open a franchise business. All the necessary step-by-step instructions on where to start and how to continue.
In addition, when you get into the family of franchisees, you have answers to any questions that arise from our community. That's why we so painstakingly select franchisors and allow only those who have a long-term franchise development program.

We will do our best to help launch a profitable business.
We are ready to provide an extensive knowledge base that we have, share experience, provide support and even invest, but we will not be able to work instead of you. In previous streams, there were two winners in total who did not launch their franchise.

From beginning to an end. Starting a business with a franchise is much easier: they will help you, you will go to training camps, zooms, networking, you will listen to the cases of other participants who solve exactly the same tasks at the same stage. It will be possible to call senior participants, come to meetings of franchisees. Business is successfully and coolly done by the same people as you. If they can do it, why can't you?

We cannot give such guarantees. But the whole competition, starting with filling out the questionnaire, is aimed at enabling people from completely different spheres, professions, regions to cultivate their strengths. Our contest is designed to help people find a business that they would really like to do, if not for their whole life, then at least for several years. Being an entrepreneur is a great responsibility, including social responsibility. Therefore, sometimes it takes time to think about and try yourself in this role. We provide such an opportunity.

A franchise is the right to operate under the name of a well—known brand and use its technologies. A good franchisor (parent company) "takes under the wing" of an entrepreneur, supports him at the start and during subsequent work. All franchises participating in our competition have a strategy of long-term cooperation with their franchisees (entrepreneurs who work under this franchise).

The survival rate of a business that an entrepreneur opens is on average 10%. 90% of startups close in the first year, because many start doing things that have not yet been in the world. People think so: “A flying taxi is exactly what you need to do right now.” At the same time, there are no connections, investments, the necessary knowledge. They close not because the idea is bad, but simply because it don’t calculate their strength, they do not know how to work with capital, hire employees poorly or do not do it at all, save / spend money not where it is necessary.
A franchise is a set of tools for a quick, clear and successful business start. The franchisor has already stepped on all the rakes, starting with which tax system to stop and how to hire employees (TC, self-employed, contracts with sole proprietors, etc.). All the instructions have already been written, and a lot of problems are removed as soon as the question arises. We have thought everything over and proposed solutions, it remains only to go and work.

Yes, there were two streams of the competition. For the first time, the competition was funded by three winners. One immediately left the race, realizing that everything was not as fast and easy as it seemed. Two are working successfully, one of them has already expanded the territory twice - he bought it together with an investor.
In the second stream, 8 winners were funded, of which one did not start - apparently, this is becoming a tradition.
In a total of 1000 applications, we chose 11 funded winners. It turns out that one percent has reached the end. Two of them did not start, one is now in the process of launching, 8 are working successfully.
You can come to us a second or third time. There were contestants who left the race, and returned in the second stream.

The entire composition of the investment fund is not publicly disclosed. Investors are individuals who are willing to invest in socially useful projects.

Firstly, we are ready to help a novice entrepreneur as much as possible.
Secondly, it is beneficial for the investor: the survival rate of the franchisee's business is very high - about 80%, while the marginality reaches 100% (after all, we prefer the service sector).
On average, the investor's profitability is 30-40% per annum, in some places it reaches 80%.
The Fund will finance 50 entrepreneurs who will open businesses under different franchises in different regions and countries - this is the highest level of diversification imaginable. At the same time, each franchisee will do a useful job in their region.
Therefore, with one check, an investor invests in hundreds and thousands of satisfied people who receive services from our franchisees. At the same time, we are creating 50 new entrepreneurs who will take responsibility not only for their lives, but also for their families, employees, and customers. This is a socially useful activity.

At the moment, it is impossible to get into the competition from the street, you need to be in full view of someone from the experts of the competition. After the recommendation, we pay attention to the franchise, then check it manually:

3. The team and I have extensive business experience and we can evaluate the financial model: we take into account factors affecting the business - for example, currency exchange rate volatility, how processes are organized, what factors are indicated and how they relate to reality.
