The finalists will take part in a 3-day large-scale training and experience exchange forum with existing franchisees. After each such meeting, the efficiency and profitability indicators of partners double on average.
The presence at the meeting will allow the winners of the competition to master the business model as quickly as possible and make friends with like-minded people.

Some questions
We have no restrictions on the type of participants: any adult can apply. We are aimed at start-up entrepreneurs (a retired person can also be a beginner). The main target audience for the competition:
- Starting young entrepreneurs (senior university students - they can combine business with education)
- Those who already have a business and would like to open a second one - for example, for a family, as an additional one for themselves or for friends, but do not have investments for this.
- Operating franchisees - for example, even the operating franchisees of "Altairika" participate in the competition in order to expand their sphere of influence: to get new territory and new sets of equipment without investment.
A lot of well-known entrepreneurs did not graduate from universities and do not have special education. This is not a call to drop out of school, but all the necessary knowledge can be obtained pointwise. We give knowledge from practitioners, from the founders of other franchises, from financiers who understand how to build a business and build the surrounding processes. There is nothing invincible in this, everything is simple and clear. Moreover, we break all tasks into step-by-step actions. The main thing here is responsibility and the desire to do this, we will help with everything else.
This year we divided the application into several parts: first, the primary designation that you are with us - for this you need to fill in three lines on the site. And then, before November 13, you need to fill out a questionnaire: about aspirations, goals, dreams, values, why you want to join us, about business experience (if any), and so on. Our competition is designed to help people find a job that they would really like to do, if not for the rest of their lives, then for some significant time, so the responsible filling out of the questionnaire is important not only for us, but also for you: often filling out the questionnaire allows you to think about yourself and your life.
